Hey all –

For each outdoor game, I will need a parent / family to own the following:

- Bring the canopy and set it up

- Bring quartered oranges for halftime

- Be a Certified Club Linesman for the game – **see below**

- Take the canopy down and make sure the next person on the list takes it home

I’m thinking that it might be easiest to assign all tasks to the same family each week so that there’s just a single roster and things don’t get confusing.

Since Warren, Jeremy and I already have a few things on our lists, I’m not going to put us on the list, and that leaves 9 families, but 8 games.

So I’m going to draw one family at random, and they will be the lucky winners who don’t get assigned a week. Be careful what you wish for though, as there may be something else that comes up that I need to recruit someone for, and your name will be top of that list 😉

I’ll add the family names to the assignments for each week on the schedule. If you need to swap, please find someone to swap with and let me know about the change.

** The Certified Club Linesman role does require some homework. Please let me know if the family member you will designate has already completed the below:

- Heads-Up: Concussion Training

- SafeSport Certification Training

I will work with everyone about a week prior to their game to make sure everything is complete and that they are ready to go.
